What materials are they made of?
- We use natural fabrics and woods selected for their feel and durability. As it is a living material, each piece has unique grains. This means that no one will have a "Huesito" exactly like yours. Natural exclusivity. Our goal is for every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase.
Are they durable?
- They are designed for constant handling. They can keep up with your hands, although, like everything in life, they appreciate it if you don't throw them against the wall in a fit of rage (it's better to take a deep breath instead).
When will I have peace and quiet at home?
- We process orders within 24 hours. We will work to ship your order as soon as possible. Once it ships, you will receive an email with more information. Delivery times vary by your location.
Is shipping really free?
- If you fill your cart with more than €30, shipping is on us. For smaller orders, the cost is calculated at checkout (we promise no unpleasant surprises at the end).
What if we don't connect?
- If you receive your product and feel it's not what you were looking for, you have 14 days to return it. We want the process to be as relaxing as the product itself. Just make sure it's in its original condition.
